Order
You can simply add items to the cart like any other online shopping website. Make sure to log in or register an account with us to complete your order.
You must be on or over the age of 19 and live in Canada to be eligible to buy cannabis products from Surrey Weed. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Ordering cannabis through the mail in Canada is discreet, safe, and reliable. As of 2020, we know of no Canadian that has been charged with receiving cannabis in the mail. All our packages are carefully vacuum-sealed with no indication of what is inside. You can rest assured that you are in good hands.
If you’d like to add or edit your order, please make a brand-new order with the correct adjustments and email us regarding your old order so we can cancel it. If you want to cancel an order that is not yet processed, you can do so in the system. Please email us at info@surreyweed.ca with your order number as the subject line.

Shipping

Once we receive your payment, we will begin processing your order. We will text or email you with updates as to when a driver will meet you or drop off your package.
If during business hours orders are usually delivered within 1-2 hours. However if we are busy or there is traffic it might be longer. We will keep you updated via email or text.
If you have not received an update within a few hours (During business hours) Contact us again via email at info@surreyweed.ca or via SMS. We will conduct an investigation and take the necessary steps to ensure your package arrives ASAP.
There is a flat $25 delivery fee for Same Day deliveries. If your order is over $150 after discounts, shipping is free!
If you live in an area where package theft is high please make sure to meet our driver instead of them dropping it off.
We cannot offer any guarantees (If you don’t meet with the driver); you will be ordering at your OWN RISK. If your order is stolen or lost, we reserve the right not to replace it.
Payment
We accept Interac e-transfer and Cash (Credit Card coming soon).

Please allow up to 1 hour for us to receive the payment. Once we receive it, your order status will be changed to “Processing.” At this point, just sit back and wait for delivery. 😊
Once we receive your e-Transfer, we will process your order for shipping. Please note that it may take up to an hour for us to receive your e-Transfer.
Unfortunately, to protect and keep our confidentiality, we do not send back e-transfers. However, we are here to satisfy your needs and find alternative solutions if you are not satisfied with your order. Please send us an email at info@surreyweed.ca with your Name, Order #, and concern, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
